I love to be able to start picking out the name, looking at clothes for him/her, and just preparing for the arrival... and I'm really ready to be over this morning sickness! It's amazing to me that a baby the size of a Kidney Bean can make a person so terribly nauseous.
I'm also really ready to be done with the first trimester so my fears of another miscarriage will be alleviated.
While on our ski trip last week, I started to spot a little, and I got pretty worried. But I'm still sick in the mornings, and things seem to be "normal" for this stage. And the bleeding stopped shortly after it started. So I don't think we have anything to fear.
I'm trying to really trust that God wanted us to have this baby, because 1) it was so unexpected, and 2) it was so unexpected! So that means No Worrying!! (definitely something that is easier said than done, especially for me.)
